I have a $2000 cashout from 8/30/21 at silver oak casino.

I Have emailed with no luck. It’s still in pending status.

All my paperwork is submitted and up to date.


Just looking for help to get the process rolling so I can receive my payment.

Your payment was sent to our processor, Thursday: 10/14 Paid $1617 + no Service Fee for transaction #118817969. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the middle of this week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
