Delayed Payment over 3 months

I am having trouble getting payment from Silver Oak, As you can see this payment was approved on 10/24. I received the payment notice on 11/20. I have sent correspondence a few times with no response and still have not received payment. I do not have an issue waiting up to 30 days to get paid but this has been over 3 months. I also don't like the idea that there has been no response to any of my emails sent to their help desk. I have used the chat feature also and have just been repeatedly told that the payment would be escalated. Obviously that has not happened.
