Hello! I won and requested a withdrawal/payout of $2092 on December 12th. After bonus removal, should be $1904. It was approved on Dec 23rd, but has not yet paid. I have made several inquiries with a contact at the casino with no response to date. I would appreciate some assistance in getting this payment released or otherwise find out what might be holding it up. Thanks!

Hi Matt--

I've checked on your account and I see that there was a chargeback for a $75 deposit going back to a deposit made, 8/21 (we were notified of the chargeback on 9/11). Before I can have your withdrawal paid, there are two bits I'll need from you...

1). Why did you dispute the charge?
2). The $75 disputed, along with the $75 fee our processor assesses for chargebacks will be deducted from your withdrawal amount ($150 deduction). I'll need you to confirm that you understand and accept the deductions.

Please get back to me as soon as possible. As soon as I have your reply, I can move forward with your withdrawal.
