Delayed payment for withdrawal


I am not sure if my complaint went through a few minutes ago, so I apologize if this is a duplicate. I requested a withdrawal from Silver Oak Casino on Dec 18, 2022 and have still not received the money. I did 3 withdrawals for a total of $7500. I have submitted all the documents that they have requested (several times because they said they did not come through email at first. They have confirmed everything and then they wanted 3 months of my bank statements for the wire transfer, which I sent over as well. Please help me to get my withdrawal. Thank you

Hello! I am pleased to let you know that I received all three of my withdrawals, in total of the full amount of $7500 (less fees). This case has been resolved timely once Ask Gamblers got involved. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your help.

I'm just waiting on confirmation from our processor that the wires have been completed--I do expect to have this in the next day or so.
