Delayed funds via Check

I can not get in contact with a payout specialist at Silver Oaks Casino . I have been told my withdrawal has been approved in January and mailed out Fed Ex in February . I can't receive a tracking number. Every rep has said it has been mailed and no receipt of my check within the 15 days as promised .
