Delay in Processing of Withdrawals


Usually, it is hung up in processing and I would have to submit a complaint by now. I have withdrawn three withdrawals totaling $7,500 starting back in May and am seeking payment. These withdrawals have not been processed except for one and that was over a week ago and I have not received funds and I have received no email regarding them from the Casino. I am hoping the Casino will direct me as to the next course of action or resolve this issue soon.

I see that one of your wires was completed on the 20th (the one for $3820), but I'm not seeing confirmation on the other wire. I've sent a query to our processor and should know why it's so slow, Monday. I'll be sure to come back to you as soon as I have an answer.
