Delay in pay

Have Been waiting since 11/05/21 for withdrawal to be approved. Every time I contact casino am told that request will be escalated and to check back in 3 to 5 business days. When I contact them again they apologize and say the same thing it’s over 2 months now. All documents that were asked for were received and approved by casino. I have been very patient but this is just absolutely ridiculous how long it has been taking. I hope you guys can help me. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
