Coindraw withdrawal misleading

I won $100 on silver oak. Upon withdrawal I chose coindraw. It seemed very easy. However in order to use it I had to make a deposit to verify my crypto wallet. (Which actually makes no sense because they made me deposit using litecoin but that wasn’t even an option for withdrawal) anyway, after I made the deposit I was prompted to verify my identity which was stated it would take 5 mins. After submitting all my documents and making the deposit I never received my money. I then got on a chat waited 1 hour to be told my documents would be verified in 24/48 hours (this was after she tried telling me she only got one document but three were sent in the same email) so after correcting her she said the documents were submitted for review. My issue is this form of withdrawal is prompting customers to make a deposit with the untruth that the process would be within 5 mins. I would have never made another deposit on this website. And to make matters worse the customer service rep just abruptly ended our chat after waiting 1 hour to speak with her. This site is very misleading and making customers deposit with the illusion they’re getting their money in 5 mins is fraud as far as I’m concerned.

Hi Britney--

Unfortunately, your withdrawal has been denied, as you used multiple free chips in a row without any real money deposits between. This is outlined clearly in our terms and conditions:

NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.
