However, when I clicked the link, I was told documents were still needed. My account still shows a withdrawable balance of $1,700.55, no bonus balance, and no playthrough required.
I believe this is misleading and a delay tactic. I’ve uploaded screenshots of my account balance, Litecoin confirmation, and the contradictory messaging. I am requesting either my full payout or a refund of the $10 LTC sent.
Dear all,
Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Silver Oak Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
I apologize for not responding sooner, however, a medical emergency kept me out over the past week and a half.
I've reviewed your account and there's a fair amount to discuss with this...
First, you never made any withdrawal request--without this, how would there be a withdrawal to be approved and/or paid?
Next, yes, you did make the verification deposit, but again, there was no withdrawal request made. Further, we did not receive any documents, which we would have asked for AFTER you made the withdrawal request. You've already stated that the funds have been sitting in your account.
The problem now, however, is because you did not make any withdrawal request following the verification deposit...and the funds were sitting in your account...you've used another coupon (free spins). The funds in your account were built using a free chip. Our terms are quite clear that you may not use two free chips in a row without a 'real money' deposit between. Your verification deposit is just that--it is verifying your crypto address and is not a real money deposit. So not only have you mixed funds which is against our terms and conditions, but you used a coupon for a free chip without making a real money deposit between. Because of this you are not entitled to your winnings.
No Deposit Bonuses (Free Chips, Free Spins)
4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.
14. While mixing deposits and a free bonus is not allowed, we are aware that this may happen from time to time. If, for whatever reason, you make a deposit while using a No Deposit Bonus (e.g. Free Chip, Free Spins offer, etc.), the wagering requirements and maximum allowed cash-out of the no deposit bonus will still apply.
18. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.
20. For security purposes, to make sure the player is genuine and who they claim to be, the player may be asked to verify their Litecoin (LTC) crypto wallet address by making a small LTC verification deposit before any payout from a free bonus can be issued.
--
Unfortunately, the funds in your account will be voided once you make a withdrawal request, as you have clearly broken our terms. Going forward, I would advise you to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of any online casino you play at.
I've sent AskGamblers Management the necessary evidence to prove that what I've stated is accurate.
Regards,
Tawni
