Cannot get winnings payout

Attached are copies of the emails sent and multiple attempts to reach someone about my verification. Not once have I gotten a reply from this casino! I even sent in extra proof of identity to make the process easier and still nothing.

After failing to get in contact I reached out to the cashier in hopes that would speed up the process however still nothing other than a case number is almost 7 days!

I want my money I won fair and square. I played back a majority because I thought I would never be able to get it until I found this website when a friend told me y’all could help me get what’s mine!!

Once I receive my funds I will not play at this casino again.

Dear all,

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Silver Oak Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

Hi Samantha--

You made the following comment in your original post:

"I want my money I won fair and square."

The fact of the matter is that you didn't win 'fair and square'. You completely ignored the terms and conditions which are clearly posted:

NO DEPOSIT BONUSES (FREE CHIPS, FREE SPINS)

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

--

Given the fact that you redeemed 6 free chips in a row (and attempting others), while not making one single deposit, your withdrawal request has been denied and the funds have been voided. Again, this is clearly defined in our terms and conditions.

I've sent all of the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
