Cannot get help for verification to receive winnings
I recently won $100 at Silver Oak Casino. I signed up through inclave and I'm assumingIi made a mistake when I filled out my birthday. Instead of the correct birthday of 06/07/1988, somehow was accidentally put in as 07/06/1988. I emailed to get it changed and was told it was being taken care of. When i won the $100 I was asked to verify my litecoin wallet and I put double the minimum amount down needed to verify. I also sent photos of my ID. I've sent photos of me holding my ID. When I go to verify my identity it sends me to a hooyu, each time I send the documents it says they're accepted but when i go to withdraw it says I'm missing documents still. I've sent multiple photos to different emails in the silver oak support, help, and documents. Each time I send thr documents it will take a day or two and send me back to square one all over again. I've sent photos of my ID without a glare, I've sent multiple different selfies. Most recently i sent a photo of my check stub to show my address and birthday, it even has my last four digits of my SSN.. I would like to get my birthday channged and be verified to receive my winnings. Or at the very least i want the litecoin ive deposited
The attached files are all screenshots of the photos I sent. Emails I sent. Verified messages from hooyu. Check stubs to show proof of who I am. All of which I have sent. The E-mails may not be in order as sent and received.
