Bonus not received
I participated in a three part cashback bonus that was advertised on the website and in my email and through various banner pops on their website. the bonus required three deposits, and on the following Friday a cashback bonus of $500 was supposed to be awarded with no rules. I am very skeptical about terms and conditions, because I know that certain conditions must be meant to qualify so I always read every single line of the terms and conditions. I’ve also screenshot them which I will attach. I also followed up with their customer chat about this issue and the agent was asking for proof of the promotion, at the end of the chat after proving the promotion through screenshots, I was told it would be credited the following Tuesday, although the bonus terms said Friday. come Tuesday the cashback was still not awarded and I reached out to Customer Service again via their chat and then they said they could not confirm my deposits.
