Approved withdrawal not received

I cast out a $100 weeks ago and it's been approved, I have not received payment. I have written over a hundred emails I believe and not one of them has been answered. They have been approved I checked under the withdrawal. So I'm not understanding why I have not been paid. It was on a bonus I completed the playthrough amount I actually want a jackpot of $11,000 that I could not have. So there's no reason for them not to give me my payment.

You built your funds using your Weekly Cashback bonus. The maximum withdrawal amount for this is $100.

The 'Manager Withdrawal' that you're presenting is the removal of excess funds:

ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL BONUSES

13. An approved "Manager Withdrawal" represents a portion of your balance that was removed because it was not eligible for withdrawal. This amount could be Bonus funds (which are non-cashable) or because you have exceeded the Maximum Withdrawal Amount on your last bonus, with excess funds removed.
