After a month withdrawal still processing

Submitted a withdrawal for $1,550 on 01/06/2022.

Currently it is still "Pending" and after .multiple interactions with customer service and multiple escalations, they keep telling me to wait a few days.

I used a coupon or bonus "crew290" bonus that gave me a 290% bonus on a $50 deposit. After the deposit I received a total of $195 in credits.

Played to satisfy bonus rollover requirements and made a withdrawal request for $1550. Total to be paid to me is $1405.

I have played and withdrew 2 other times. My information has been verified.

I contacted customer on the following dates with the result:

01/17- withdraw escalated and told to wait 3 days.

01/20- followed up and customer service says to check back the following Monday

01/24 followed up and customer service escalated again and asked to check back in 24 hours

01/31- followed up again asked to be patient as they are busy.

02/06 Currently the withdrawal is still in "pending"

Terms and conditions state that it takes up to 10 days to review a withdrawal yet mine has taken over a month without an update.
