60 days no money


It has now been 61 days since I submitted my withdrawal. It was for $655, after bonus app. $525. I talked to 7 reps. , all nice people but nobody could really help me. They all had the same stories, but no solutions. I wrote to Tawni last week hoping to settle this delayed payment before filing a complaint. She never answered my e-mail. I know it takes 7 to 10 days for each step, approval, send to processor, and then processors wiring the money. That is 21 to 30 working days before receiving any money. I really think over 2 months is plenty of time to wait for a payment. Thank you, Robert C

I've checked with our processor and they confirmed your wire was completed on the 24th. By now, you should have received the funds--can you please confirm?

Also, your next payment has already been sent off to our processor: 5/29 Paid $966 + no Service Fee for transactions #98564578 & #98564593. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account early next week (possibly sooner).
