2 pending withdrawals for almost 2 months

i have had two withdrawals pending since 7/30/20 when i have contacted support via chat over 6 times they tell me they will escalate the approval but yet still noting here is just one example of the last chat i had with them.

You'll be pleased to know that your withdrawals were sent off to our processor, Friday: 10/2 Paid $5000 + no Service Fee for transactions 109982044 ($2,500.00), 109982045 ($2,500.00). I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the end of this week.
