I won $30000 at Silver Oak Casino (SOC) in early March. So far, I have received $7500. There is a withdrawal for $2500 approved on 4/3 that was "escalated", but I cannot be assured this will have any effect. Still, if this is received, there will be $20000 still needing to be paid to me.

I *was* using Coindraw to move the funds out a bit "faster" until my VIP status vanished without any notice or explanation. VIP hostess said on 4/6 Coindraw was 'down since a week' and should be 'ok in 3 days'. It's been 8 days now and still cannot use Coindraw. Seems they didn't want me taking matters into my own hands, perhaps?

Okay. With that said, I stumbled upon another SOC complaint from this time last year.. April 24, 2023 by JBECKETT8713. His description is eerily similar to mine. VIP/Coindraw issue. Very slow to pay. Yes, I saw from SOC's TOS that they would be on the slower end with payments, but this is exceeding what they state.

I'm just tired of the runaround, hour-long holds in chat, the question dodging as to why ~$400 has been taken out of every single Bitcoin withdrawal to date. Bonus match has already been deducted from my winnings. The dishonesty about Coindraw being down (yeah, down indefinitely for non-VIPs).. see by downgrading your status, they don't have to payout as much as quickly as they would if the client is a VIP. It's a system that may work for them, but not for other unfortunate like JBECKETT8713, and myself.

I could go on and on, but I'm just going to leave it at this for now and file the complaint in hopes the payouts are made in a timely fashion, and hopefully with some transparency for a change.

Also, I just want to say to the Silver Oak Casino doubters out there: Just be more patient than you think you should have to be. It takes time, but you will get your payouts. As long as you have fulfilled all of the requirements such as KYC and are making a legitimate claim. Read those Terms and Conditions closely. This applies to all online casinos, and more specifically, any facilitated by RTG.
