Significant delay in receiving my winnings


I am experiencing significant delays with my withdrawal from Planet 7 Casino. On March 16th 2017 my withdrawal was approved for $500 and it is now June 17th 2017. After several weeks, then turning to months of waiting for my payout I made several contacts with the casino via e-mail and live chat to check the status of my withdrawal but was told repeatedly that my case has been escalated to upper management. Unfortunately, to this day I still have not received my withdrawal. This was my third time winning at Planet 7 and I have never experienced such delay. I just hope to receive my winnings soon.
