Withdrawal payment and delay issues

My issue started when I made deposits via my bank account card, once it was time to withdraw, no bank option was offered (see available withdrawal options.jpeg) . So I decided to go with the easiest second method which was etransfer interact. But the option kept not working (see glitch withdrawal.jpg), I spoke with an agent Ray (see conversation ray, and part 2) who told me I needed to make a deposit of atleast 20 euro (40$cad) in order to unlock the interact and playthrough that amount which I did. After, I tried withdrawing again and nothing was working (see error withdrawal same payment part 2.jpg) and it was telling me minimum withdrawal was 10$. I spoke with many different agents who told me different ways like using incognito tab or another browser but nothing seemed to be working. Based on other complaints I saw here, people said to use crypto. Lucky for me, two withdraw went through for 750$ on 2024-03-13 (see pending withdrawals.jpeg), I was then ok with waiting. I spoke with a couple of agents who told me there was delays and to be patient and that they would advice the financial team. I also sent emails regarding this and no replies have been made (see email to support casino, email to complaint casino and email to casino for a manual withdrawal). The reason why I asked for a manual withdrawal is that since the other methods weren't working and the minimum withdrawal per day is 750 CAD or 500 EURO (See withdrawal max-min per day and month.jpg) for them on a maximum of 3 withdrawals, this would take time to withdraw everything.
Fast forward to 2024-03-21, I spoke with many agents who keep delaying a small withdrawal, and I've dealt with many online casinos and I have never had such long delays with no communication on my issue on emails too. The rules state that they process withdrawals within 3 business days the next day the withdrawal request is made. (see withdrawal 3 business days rules) It's been 6 business days since that first request was made. (see pending withdrawals part 2.jpg that shows the date 2024-03-21 and when I made my first withdrawals on 2024-03-13. The agents also told me that the withdrawals were confirmed by the finance team and on its way so we can acknowledge that it was accepted.
There has been no bonus used and no verifications asked aswell just to add as extra information, because i've seen it in other complaints (see no bonus proof.jpeg and no verification proof.jpeg).
Attached I have all the conversations with all the agents and proofs of my big wins that were saved just incase I was questionned on the winnings. I have the pictures of the emails I sent to their official customer service emails support with no reply.
My total balance left to withdraw is 8266 CAD and 750 CAD (pending) for a total of 9016 CAD or 6128 EURO (currency exchange google).
I won this money fair and square and tried to communicate with the emails/support but they just seem to be delaying.
I would like to ask SG casino to simply accept the manual withdrawals and send me the total amount of my balance of 9016 CAD please and to be fair with me.
