I won fair and square winnings on their casino online. I have tried 3 times to withdraw the winnings everyime it is rejected. The first time they would not give me a reason. I asked on their live chat and they repeatedly ignored my request giving me random answers. The second time I was told it was rejected by the payment provider. Upon asking who this was I got no reply. I cannot withdraw my winnings any other way except bank transfer but their withdrawal method makes no sense. I should be able to have my money credited to my visa debit which is how I deposited the money but I do not have that option. I have been assured by my bank that the BIC number and IBAN numbers used are correct. Please help me
