Hello. My user in sg casino is, < removed >. I have 2 pending withdrawals since May 10th of eur 500 (I attach screenshot). Then the casino asked me to upload my documents to verify the account, and I uploaded it. All this documents shows verified in the casino (I attach screenshot). But then they asked me other info via mail that was answered many times via mail and also via chat (attach screenshots). But the only answer from the casino side is that I should wait.
So, ask gamblers can u help me please?
