Cancelling my withdraw without explanation
Three times this year I have successfully withdrawn from SG casino via bitcoin. There is a verification tab but no way to upload documents, and it says " at the moment your account does not need verification"
I only ever deposit via Mastercard, and yet as per their sister sites, I have repeatedly withdrawn via bitcoin successfully, usually within 8 hours no longer than 24 hours.
Last month I won 2000, which I tried to withdraw 2000 is the max you can do in 24 hours. After 2.5 days maybe 55 hours it was cancelled, I received a generic email suggesting I try doing bank transfer which I complied with, this was a Thursday, on Tuesday they cancelled it again. I have since requested a withdrawal 3 more times, which each is cancelled after 48 hours, the generic emails continue to come and every time I go on chat, I am dismissed and when pushing them to explain what the issue is given a different answer each time, when I point this out I am often cut off, and then need to explain the entire situation to a new chat agent. I have sent + emails to the email on the website and to my VIP manager who emailed me a few times last year, I have not had one response via email, so I am forced to type the entire issue via chat each time and then when they cut me off. For this reason I have started requesting the chat conversation be emailed to me, I will attach them here.
Over the 11 days this has been happening I have tried 5 different withdrawal methods, most at their request, to no avail, and no explanation as to why they are cancelling it.
One agent suggested it was due to my verification status, which I do not believe for two reasons 1) why wouldn't this be mentioned early on in my quest (it was mentioned 7 days into this drama). And reason 2 being, I have never had to verify with my 3 other successful withdrawals. But I will take any advice offered, and I requested my account be verified, this went on for days, me being told that soon my verification page would have the option to upload evidence and I would then be verified. Still this has not been actioned, I have emailed all my required documents, and I have had 2 more withdrawals cancelled since, numerous chat agents dismissed my request for help, cut me off or replied with generic responses about waiting three days to see if it is successful.
All of this would have been more pleasant had I had even one person respond via email, that person could have been my point of contact, The fact that they list an email for support and I had VIP manager reaching out to me when she wanted me to deposit, but not when I am asking for assistance. Instead I was left typing all of this out via chat only to get a new agent every time, and then cut me off when they heard enough, without answering any of my questions, and I went through this up to 5 times a day for 11 days.
I have just had my withdrawal cancelled for the 6th time whilst writing this, no generic email this time, but no reason or explanation was provided either just the generic response via chat when I again, reached out for help. Please help me communicate with someone to find out why they are cancelling my withdrawals. I never accept bonuses so I know it is not an issue with wagering.
