I made a withdrawal request on September 15, 2024 and to date still no news. Furthermore, I cannot still verify my account, which I think is necessary for a withdrawal to be validated.
I have contacted online support multiple times, but I never get a concrete answer. I hope to have a solution as soon as possible.
