Sending documents again and again only to be told not received

Many months ago, I tried to withdraw some of my winnings from Planet 7. I sent in documents and never heard back, I followed up and was told that the method of withdrawal that I chose was not available to me because I'm in Canada. I changed my method and waited. Follow up continued to receive a response of 'documents never received'. I finally cancelled my request for withdrawal. I've now submitted a new one while on chat so that I knew I was doing it right, had to resend my documents again, and have followed up twice and am again being told my documents were never received. I was wondering if that was a normal complaint about Planet 7 and found this site, which makes it clear that it IS normal for them to stall and 'never receive' documents. I just wanted to get my money and then figured it would be easier to get future withdrawals, but I think I'll just take this one and stop using Planet 7, because it seems to be a regular occurrence.

I'm going to go through this, bit by bit for you--I think there is just a little confusion over the timeline.
Based upon your deposit (1/8), you used a coupon (RANDOMGAMBLE3 (1 of 999)(30 free spins)). The coupon was in the amount of $189.
On 1/10, you requested a withdrawal in the amount of $100, leaving $319.45 in your account. You cancelled that withdrawal request on the 13th, which placed the $100 (stemming from that coupon), back into your account. Less than two hours later, you requested another withdrawal ($200). This withdrawal was denied on 2/8, as it was insufficient to cover the bonus amount (after removing $189 to cover the bonus, this would leave a net withdrawal in the amount of $11--minimum payment amount is $100).
While your withdrawal was pending (before it was denied), you did redeem a loyalty bonus, but at that point, your balance was only $.04. The $50 loyalty balance brought your total balance to $50.04.
I've attached a copy of the reconciliation for you--hopefully this will help clear things up for you.
