I have won previously with Planet 7, having to fight for the withdrawal through this website. The matter was resolved, finally receiving my check after several months. I won again, receiving an email following my withdrawal request stating that my "express withdrawal" was approved for payment, this was June 1st. The email shared if you have already submitted documents for verification you were not required to do this again. Since that time I have heard nothing. I have emailed them several times, have been promised a follow up only to hear nothing. The online chat is a joke when trying to get answers, leaving me extremely frustrated! So once again I am back here asking for assistance getting this resolved. My withdrawal request was for slightly over $1000.00 but they also are trying to take money off of that for a bonus received to the tune of over $300, which is not correct! So frustrating!!! Please help get this resolved.

Hi Stuart--

I'm very sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this, but I've already gone ahead and have sorted things out for you.

Your payment was sent off to our processor on the 12th--I would expect to see tracking on this by mid-week, next week.

Regarding the funds removed, all of our bonuses are non-wi­thd­raw­abl­e--this is clear in our terms and conditions. I'm not certain why you believe this is not correct?

As to your payment, once I receive your tracking, I'll be back to update this thread.

Hi Stuart--

First, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner--I've been swamped and was not able to follow up with your tracking. :-(

I do see the payment was delivered to you, yesterday--very happy to see this.

Regarding your last question, unfortunately U.S. processing is very difficult. Unless you live in one of the few states with licensed, regulated gaming (which you don't), there is no possibility of receiving payments to your credit/debit card. We used to have direct bank deposits, but currently, I know of no processors willing to take this sort of risk. So until things change, we've got wires, cheques and Bitcoin. I am hopeful in the future that we'll have other options, but I seriously don't expect anything in the realm of what you're asking about.
