Runaround on payments again...
On March 20th I received a $250 bonus from Club Casino with a 30x playthrough and 4x max withdrawal. I completed the playthrough and ended up winning $2200.00. I requested a withdrawal on May 25, which was denied because of an expired ID.
I already had a current ID on file there from a previous withdrawal from a month ago, which I finally received a payout on after submitting a complaint on here. After a back and forth with Club player, my documents are all current and and updated on their end on May 28.
I called on Tuesday to check about the status of my withdrawal and they said to call back on Thursday. I talked to someone today and was told that they are going to escalate it to their manager, which I know from experience, just means it gets shuffled to another person it doesn't end up getting paid out.
I wouldn't even play on these websites if it wasn't for the ask gamblers website's ability to get results. I know I won't get the full amount of winnings because it was on a bonus, but I'm wondering if you can help me get my payout again!
