It is unacceptable for a casino with a good rating on Askgamblers to commit this disrespect towards the player.

They denied my proof of residence 3 times and today when my account is deactivated in the morning, they don't tell me the reason, they just say that the department made a decision, without any explanation.

I will attach the prints so you can see the company's lack of reputation. There was a pending withdrawal from me in the amount of 1267 BRL, and my deposits which asked for proof that was sent for 500 and another for 100 Brl, they did everything they could to not pay me and when I sent all the documents they deactivated my account, after rejecting some.

You only responded to me now because of the post made here at askgamblers, at all times in the live chat I tried to have a friendly conversation and you always gave a definitive answer and didn't give an explanation, extremely rude. They never mentioned returning my deposit, secondly, I bet all my money, I deposited the bonus without canceling anything, then I deposited more and played the same game because I had lost a lot. I want you to prove to me and to askgamblers this supposed fraud of mine said by you. It doesn't make sense that you release the game for people to play, I spend all my money betting and you do this? What if I wasn't lucky and lost?

Another lie is that you never deducted any amount from my account, you just blocked it and didn't respond. You say I canceled my bonus to unlock the balance, what do you mean? I bet all my money, and I alternated the bet values, that's all. Where is this wrong? Everyone knows that sometimes a bet of 5 will be better than a bet of 2 or a bet of 2 will be better than a bet of 5 because the rtp changes.

This casino is a joke, how can they still be operating regularly. They stole my winnings of 1267BRL and they only want to return my second deposit of 100BRL and retain the deposit of 500BRL, this is a joke
