Royal Aces - Casino won't pay
So this is the last one of The inclave casinos that still owe me money... AskGamblers has done an amazing job helping get the other two to pay up, but once this is finalized I won't be dealing with those people anymore. If you read my other two posts you'll note that I've been playing with these casinos for only a short while and broken enough of the rules to know what they are at least. Just to put it out there, I now use the correct type of wallet for BTC, I didn't take any bonuses or any playthrough after I requested a Withdrawal, and I made no more deposits or claimed any more offers. Just like the other two casinos, they keep beating around the bush stating that it's stuck in processing or whatever excuse, and they'll escalate it. It never gets escalated. If I can give one piece of advice, stay away from the enclave casinos, i.e. royal aces, captain jack, silver oaks, etc they're all the same company, they even have the same Representatives doing their customer service.
If you want to reference one of my previous posts I have screenshots to prove it they even admitted to it. No I don't want to be accused of slander here they have all paid and they've all paid fairly but these are the shady type casinos that will hope that you'll forget before you go shake trees. A friend of mine once said they're like the casinos on Fremont Street and I corrected him I said "no they're like the people behind the casinos in the alleyways off Fremont Street". They do pay but they'll shake you out for every penny they possibly can and stall until you forget. Back to the nitty-gritty, I requested $1,000 withdrawal on September 2nd via Bitcoin, and my banking/withdrawal screen has not changed since that day it hasn't budged. Each time I submit a complaint, however, they pay within 48 hours of the complaint being posted. I have now completed over six successful withdrawals from their organization, me and the representatives and live chat have begun to know each other by name.
