Payment ''missing'' from their records and not paid after more than a month

Payment of winnings taking way too long so far. I have won $2,000 (in November 2017). First request to withdraw (11/17) has strangely 'disappeared' from their records. The first request showing is dated 1 December 2017. All paperwork was sent in before this date. All paperwork was approved in the first week of December 2017.
Many many CHAT sessions with many different people in different departments. I have been blatantly lied to and mislead by supervisors and staff.
All 'Chat Transcripts' have been saved.
All I want is what is owing to me.
