I have put in a withdrawal request with Royal Ace for $2500 multiple times since Sept 25. They keep cancelling it without any communication. I get on their chat. They tell me to send the paperwork. I resend the paperwork, resubmit the withdrawal request and a few days later, they cancel it again without any email or p[hone call as to what the issue is.
I have had multiple issues before with this group of casinos including Royal Ace, Planet 7, Silver Oak, Captain Jack and Slot Madness. I would tell everyone at this point to not use these casinos.

I received the withdrawal from Royal Ace in my account this morning. I received the other one Tawni mentioned from Planet 7 on 11/16. so you can mark this complaint as resolved.

With all of my prior issues, I thought that you would have paid particular attention to any issues with my withdrawal requests. My main complaint, besides your general slowness, is that I received NO communication that there was any issue EVERY time the withdrawal was declined. And since it appears it has now been approved without any additional documentation from me, it sure seems like there was no issue to begin with. So why was is continuously declined and why was I not contacted? No email when you certainly have my email address. No phone call when you have my phone number and even when I ask on instant chat, they could give me no explanation. It certainly seems like it is just a delay tactic.

While I certainly understand your frustration, I'm surprised that you'd advise people not to play at our casinos--with this latest issue, I will have resolved more than $20,000 in withdrawals for you. We may not be the fastest, but we do always pay legitimate wins.
In any event, I've already sent off your first withdrawal: 11/15 Paid $2010 for transaction #86867762. I would expect you'll find this reflected in your account towards the middle of this coming week.
