I am a VIP 1 and have been fully verified on this casino.
I have yet to see this status change for the withdrawal. I have been routed back and forth with them as this is well over the approval time.
Why has this yet to be paid out? and what is the process for the other remaining withdrawals will the others in que be expiated after this initial withdrawal. Please help.

Your next approval date is the 17th with the payment to follow a day or two later.
Regarding the balance of your withdrawals, we will be paying up to $5000 per week (we cannot go over this amount, so for example, if you have two withdrawals in the amount of $1800 each and the next withdrawal is $2500, we would only be able to issue the payment for $3600).
Because your withdrawals are all within the normal timeframe for approvals and payments, I'd like to ask that this complaint be closed. I'll still continue to watch your account to ensure your payments are issued on a regular basis as describe above.
