Last night I decided to play online casino Royal Ace.
I made a deposit of $100. About an hour or so later my funds I finished the wager requirement and continued to play. I hit a huge jackpot on a very high bet. Winnings were nearly 70k. I went to cashier to make a withdrawal and was told my account had a deposit error.
I did all the verifications and tried to log back on. I have tried resetting password a dozen times so I finally contacted them via email (since you must be logged in to do live chat) I was emailed back and told that my account has been IRREVERSIBLY blocked. All my information is stored on this site as well as my 70k winnings. What do I do?

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
No one has called you a liar, however, you've not been able to prove that your bank paid the deposit. If your bank had paid the deposit, you would have been able to supply the proof.
I have sent the necessary proof to AskGamblers management to confirm what I've stated is accurate.
