I put in a withdrawal request on April 2nd for my winnings of $1,100. I was sent an email informing me of all the verification Documents I needed to send in for the wire transfer. Which I did immediately. I have all the emails screenshots of correspondence. I was sent an email on April 16th requesting the same documents I had already sent in. So I forwarded the original email with all the documents. April 23rd I received an email congratulating me in completing my verification. This is my first time dealing with royal ace. I have an account with Casino max and chumbo casino which both I have completed verification and received my wire transfer no later than two weeks. I have tried to call the numbers I found online and it directs you to email or chat with them. Which I have also tried to no luck. Please help if possible.

Royal Ace has responded and said I should receive my payment by this week. I will update askgamblers if or when I receive it.
