Made a withdrawal request in early March for a $1100.00 USD win. Was then asked by the Casino to verify who I was using a company called "Hoo Yu". I submitted all requested documents and photos to Hoo Yu, and was approved. I then submitted this information to Royal Ace Casino, but was denied on several occasions. I asked to be paid by Wire Transfer, then by Check. All were denied, without explanation. Enclosed please fine my withdrawal requests, and Hoo Yu approval documents. My screen name is RIESSY.
