Submitted all verification needed. I was verified.
I selected wire transfer and haven't received anything.
I've emailed numerous times and never a response. I try pushing the live chat it doesn't work even though I'm logged in. The amount I won was 2754.20 dollars. What I wanted to cash out was 1500.00 dollars it was denied.
Then after that manager withdrew requested above the manager's withdrawal approved.

You made a deposit in the amount of $32.76 on Aug. 29. We did receive an initial authorization for this, however, your bank did not honor the transaction. In a nutshell, we've not received any funds for your deposit and therefore, there cannot be a withdrawal.
