A few months ago I made two withdrawal requests for $2500. I complied with all documentation requests and requirements from Royal Ace casino. My withdrawals were denied and the money put back into my account.
On August 30th 2021 I was told on chat to re send my wire details which I did and I re requested my withdrawals at the same time.
On October 27th 2021 my withdrawals were again denied and I was told to do a hooyu which I did. On November 6th 2021 my documents were verified.
On the 19th of December 2021 I asked on chat why my money had not been paid and was told my request would be escalated.
I again contacted the casino on January 24th 2022 and was again told my request would be escalated.
I re sent my wire details on March 11th 2022 and again on March 24th 2022 which were requested on chat.
My withdrawals were still denied. This is very unfair.

I'm pleased to tell you that your first withdrawal was sent to our processor, yesterday: 4/10 Paid $2332 + no Service Fee for transaction #86260268. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the end of this week.
Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
Your second withdrawal has already been approved and the payment will be sent to our processor, later today. Once I have the transaction details for this, I'll be back with another update.
