I requested a withdrawal in the amount of $1118.53 on October 2, 2023. After not receiving information regarding the withdrawal after about a week I reached out to customer service and was informed I needed to complete the verification process to have a check delivered by mail.
I submitted verification documents which were approved. Still no payment.
I reached out several more times and was informed that the payment had been approved by the finance department and sent to the third party provider and I should receive a check in a couple days.
It is now November 9th and I am still getting the run around and same message that Royal Ace does not have control over limitations of the 3rd party payment providers ability to send payment. I just need to wait.
I would like assistance in obtaining my withdrawal that was won fairly. I do understand the withdrawal may be reduced due the use of the bonus, however the remains funds owed outright.
