I won and requested on July 15 2020. I was ask to verify identity as well as bank information which I did by email because it was a wire transfer request. It was approved on August 6, 2020. It is past 10th business day. They ask me to resubmit all bank information again, and say they will escalate, but no results. This is over a month since original request. Please help. You all seem to be able to assist very well. Please and Thank you
