I had 2 $2500 withdrawals I requested in late November of 2021. I waited the 7 buisness days stated in the casinos terms and agreements before asking the status of my withdrawal. Each time I asked after that I would get the same scripted a swear. They apologized for the delay and they would put in a follow up request for my withdrawal to he processed. I would wait 3 days and inquire again. Each time given the same excuse. I since have canceled my withdrawal and requested a smaller amount thinking they would be more willing to pay me if I didn't request the max. Same thing is happening. It's now been over 2 months since my original withdrawal request and I have been patient and don't know what to do please help.

You know it's really Frustrating that that's all I got because I had 2 $2,500 withdrawal requests sitting pending with you for over 2 months prior to canceling and requesting several smaller amounts. I reached out to support every single day In those 2 months once the period stated in your terms and conditions was up what's up and I was given the same scripted response every single time and there was never any movement on my account not until I had canceled my payout to request a smaller amount to see if maybe that would be be more incentive for You toPay me And then Putting in a formal complaint to ask gamblers This was actually what did it because you decided to pay me A-day after that happened. so the measly $1100 payout when it should have been over $5000 makes me and makes me not want to play at your casino ever again. I know that you can see my account history and I know You are aware That there is a bigger problem than the $300 Bonus amount that you took from The current pay out Yet you Refuse to Even acknowledge the real problem problem and only correct it when I Call you out publicly I spent plenty of money at your casino there is no reason why why I should be treated like this
