I consider myself an advance player and should have known that most online casinos offering no play thru no, restriction, no max out or hugh crazy promos 9-10 are fake and no to slow paying casinos, Royal Ace fit the bill.

At this point I was given the usual stall tatic - your paymennt went to the processor and we are waiting on CONformation and we have no idea as to when, did I wait that long when I made several depposits to their casino. I admit I should have googled for complaints before depositing but you would think if they are making millions, what's the hold up on a $200 win. I'm going back to club world who's payout is quick, down with Royal Rip off!l

on the day i made the complaint, i received a tracking # and

the next day my check, thank you and i will continue to play at Royal Ace.
