Waiting for my payment of $1108.68
This “journey” to get a payout from Royal Ace Casino began on June 17. I sent a request for $1108.68. I submitted all of the needed information. Because my Driver’s License expired at the end of the month, they told me to send a copy of the new one. I renewed it online and had to wait for it in the mail. I sent them the receipt, stating that I had renewed it and they had to mail it to me. Hooyu accepted my proof of address and verified my ID.
Then I receive an email stating that I have to send an updated ID and a more recent proof of address to Royal Ace Documents... I explained that the receipt for the renewal was accepted by Hooyu. I received a reply that they could not approve my withdrawal request until I received the new ID.
So finally, on August 9, Receive my new license. I submit my new license and another proof of address to Hooyu, and they accept it. I also email them to Royal Ace Documents. I get on live chat today and the CSR tells me that they are missing my ID. I tell them that it is on my account, that my ID and Proof of address are Valid and Approved. The CSR Tells me that Hooyu “accepts” documents for them, But they have their own people that approve them. I explained that maybe that should be made more clear, because “acceptance” and “verification” are 2 separate things, and Hooyu is stating that they are “verifying” documents.
Submit Documents- 5 business days for a response (maybe); documents must be “ verified” by Hooyu and the Royal Ace team. Submit withdrawal- 3 to 7 business days to be reviewed. Then longer to be approved or denied. Withdrawal approved- Payment will be sent to the processor in 7-10 business days . Withdrawal sent by a processor in 7 -10 business days.
So if someone requests a withdrawal and had to get documents verified, you are looking at around a 2-month long process, maybe 1 month if you are verified. Many other places I have played get you paid in Hours, Not Months!
The responses I receive from them state that they receive hundreds of thousands of documents per day. They get so much action, but can’t pay small winning amounts in a good time.
