On August 11 2022 I was fortunate to win at Royal Ace Casino. I made 2 withdrawal requests(pics attached) on that same day.
One request was for 2500, the other 2449. I have requested my withdrawals numerous times via chat and have had no easy time trying to get a straight answer on payment status. For no reason of mine the withdrawal requests were changed 2 different times in September and also October.
Then randomly on Dec 28 2022 I received a payment for 900. Well shy of either requests I made. Almost 7 months is long enough to wait for a payment. I want to be paid in full.
I have been beyond patient in waiting and would appreciate the casino to hold up their obligations in paying a customer.
