On 10/10/2021 I put in a request for a with draw and of today 11/11/2021 I still have not received it it’s for 1200.00 in bitcoin. I have won from them before and received my winnings with no problem I have sent over 20 emails and talked to live support but keep being told sorry and they will look in to it but there has been no change in my request
