I deposited money without any bonus. My account shows fully verified yet I have been waiting almost a month for my withdrawal. It still shows as pending.. I have contacted customer care at least 10 times. First I was told they would escalate the issue to management and I would hear back on 2-3 business days (this was 2 weeks ago) then I was told they would put a ticket in and I would hear something in 24 hours yet another week has passed and still nothing. I have tried emailing as well and never get a reply!
