Tried to talk to customer support chat a couple of time but keep getting there generic response to my questions about why it's not been processed. Received the email to confirm my withdrawal request and my deposit I made but apart from that I have had no other communication.
Tried to email support as well. My payment details and I.d is on file approved according to them as well.
