Monarch 4. 2019, I requested a check of $180 from Royal Ace Casino. I submitted my form with credit cards etc. I received an email saying I needed more documentation, so I sent what was requested. Then I looked and they put the money back in my account. So, I submitted another request for withdrawal. Again I received email requests more documentation. I provided all documents. I have yet to receive a check. I emailed several times and no response. In the beginning of April I chatted online with an employee from casino who said my check was on the way. I went to my acct and it says no pending withdrawals and there is no money in acct.
The check was for $180.00
