I gave them a picture of my ID and my Birth Certificate.
I don't know what else to give them because I've been trying to cash out my money since November 2023.
They won't let me cash out with a check I tried doing a bank wire transfer and I tried using Bitcoin and none of them works because they said I need to prove that I am a U.S. citizen which I have done a bunch of times already and it's really getting annoying.
