I had requested a withdrawal from the casino on the 8th of July. My reference number is 1804061 and I had sent in all of the required documents. It was for the amount of $1000. I have since been informed that I need to send in a utility bill wich I do not have as I am not the home owner. I have tried on multiple times require assistance as to where we go from here. I have had no replies from anyone from the casino. It feels like I am being messed around and unable to withdraw my winnings. It takes less than a minute for the casino to take my money and now it has almost been a month to make a simple withdrawal.
