Still not received my payment
I must say that yes I was very leery of the online casinos and if one really would get paid but after much influence from a friend I tried them but, made sure to keep all documentation possible just in case !! Please know that I have a file of every single email, deposit, withdrawal request, online chat, or anything with the casino period therefore I have proof of every word I say about my situation due to my fears of them in the 1st place... every communication I have had with the casino before, during, and after the withdrawal request was made up to this day so I have proof of all my words I write to you today! So please help me !!
I have been waiting for over 9 weeks or 2 months for my withdrawal of $2434 dollars from a win at Royal Ace Casino. Yes, I used a bonus and it was a no rules bonus! I was shocked at my win after a bonus of free spins and after playing a few times with them and not really winning much of anything figured I'd better cash out while very much ahead! I made my withdrawal request after double checking the rules of my bonus. I did the withdrawal using wire transfer as I paid with my debit card. At the time I knew nothing about Bitcoin. I had all verification items to them within 48 hours of my request .after 5 days or so after my requested items for withdrawal had been submitted and asked them through email and online chat for an update as well as verification that all my info for withdrawal had been received... I was told that yes they received all my info and that my withdrawal was waiting to be approved by the withdrawal team. To check back in 2 to 5 business days. I waited for 7 to 10 days and then contacted them again via online chat the only way I could find to talk to anyone in the casino ... again was told they are waiting for team to approve the withdrawal. Again I wait another week and at this point, my father had passed and I was financially responsible for his funeral and I begged them to please hurry as I really needed my money and why. They told me that it Was all in order just now waiting for the team to process my payment ...so they#=e÷⁷ was putting in for it to be escalated to check back in 3 to 5 days ...I thanked them for their time and hard work. Over the next 3 wks I contacted them multiple times and remained to be nothing but respectful, appreciative, and kind to them every time as I pleaded to please get my money!!! Everytime I got the same answer ..... they would personally see that the escalation was received by the withdrawal team to check back in 3 to 5 days. After almost 2 months I started demanding to speak with a supervisor or someone in charge and each time I was told the same thing by them and even one lady actually gave me her gods honest word that it would be taken care of and she would see to it that it was done as you can see in my online chat transcripts .. ... look I actually liked that casino and to be frank its the one I decided to play at for real because I really thought that it was as close to a real casino as I could get and felt more comfortable in there. I have yet to be able to keep playing with them as I can't mess up my balance or withdrawal... Will someone please help me as I pray that the one casino I came to like would not do this to me on purpose!!
