On March 4, 2019, I requested a check of $180 from Royal Ace Casino. I submitted forms with credit card information. I received an email stating that I needed more documentation. I resent information. Then I noticed the money was put back into my Royal Ace Acct.
I submitted another request for withdrawal. Again, I received an email requesting more information. I submitted more information . I emailed several times, called and chatting online.
Back in MayI was told I would receive a check. I still didn't receive. Then back in June I was told I would be wired the money. Still have not received the money. I am very frustrated.
